KA is the natural body brush that will allow you to replace up to 3 cosmetic products and give you an all-round well-being.

Can a brush do all this?
Exactly!
Dry brushing was introduced to the West in the mid-19th century by the German abbot Sebastian Kneipp, hygienist and founder of hydrotherapy. The Kneipp method, based on hydrotherapy, aims to strengthen the organism by activating the body's self-healing energies.
Kneipp applied brushing to people who could not benefit from alternating cold and hot baths or who could not raise their body temperature.
Dry brushing clearly differs from a classic wet skin scrub: its benefits are different and even more numerous. A similar practice is garshana, an Ayurvedic dry massage that is performed with silk gloves. Similar to dry brushing, garshana stimulates microcirculation and fluid drainage.
The practice of dry brushing does not only exfoliate and purify the skin. The latter is in fact one of the organs that purify the body. This allows it to eliminate some of the toxins present. Brushing therefore rebalances the main functions whose proper functioning determines the body's health: blood circulation and the glandular and lymphatic systems. By purifying the lymphatic system of accumulated toxins through the skin, the circulation and efficiency of the internal organs will benefit. It goes without saying that constant body brushing helps keep the body healthy. By also acting on the lymphatic system, brushing helps with fluid drainage.
EFFECTS OF BRUSHING ON THE SKIN
One of the most popular benefits of dry body brushing is improving the appearance of cellulite. The practice, as you would expect, stimulates and improves microcirculation. Skin tone will improve and, as a result, the appearance of cellulite will be reduced, but not eliminated. In addition, exfoliation removes dead cells, making the skin softer and silkier.
STIMULATION OF SWEAT GLANDS
Brushing also stimulates the sweat glands by stimulating them to further eliminate toxins. It will be very helpful for those with poor sweating.
BENEFITS ON MOOD
Whatever practice you put in place for your well-being, you are doing a true act of self-love. By brushing your body you will experience pleasant mental well-being, relaxation and a sense of fulfilment. Remember that skin and brain are closely connected.
For these reasons, we recommend that you brush your body
quickly in the morning
this will give you a 'coffee effect' as it will stimulate your nervous system and you will immediately feel energised!
slowly in the evening
when the mind tends to calm down and thoughts flow more fluidly and then be tidied up and left there if they are too cluttered
